Operating from our central hub in Room 1503, Xinjing Mansion, Guangzhou, we believe a seamless and secure payment experience is fundamental to that trust. This Payment Policy outlines the methods, security, and terms associated with purchasing our handcrafted leather products, providing clarity and confidence for every transaction.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We offer a variety of secure payment options to facilitate a convenient checkout process for our global customers. All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD).

Note on Currency: While our primary operational base is in Guangzhou, China, all prices on our website (https://www.petyoful.com) are displayed and charged in USD for customer clarity and consistency.
2. Payment Security & Data Protection
Your financial security is our top priority.
- PCI DSS Compliance: Our checkout process is secured via Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant payment gateways. We do not store or process your full credit card details on our internal servers.
- Encrypted Transactions: All payment information is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and transmitted directly to our payment processors.
- Trusted Partners: We partner with globally recognized and secure payment service providers to authorize and process your transactions safely.
3. Order Processing & Payment Authorization
- Immediate Authorization: When you place an order, your payment method will be authorized for the full order total (including any applicable taxes and shipping) at the time of checkout. For credit/debit cards, this is an authorization hold, not an immediate charge.
- Order Cut-off & Charging: Orders placed before our daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST - Chicago, GMT-06:00) will be processed for fulfillment. The actual charge to your payment method will occur once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment from our Guangzhou warehouse, typically within our 1-2 business day handling period (Monday-Friday).
- Declined Payments: If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. You will be notified, and you may attempt the transaction again with an alternative payment method.
4. Pricing, Taxes & Currency
- Product Pricing: All prices for our handcrafted leather products are as listed on our website. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to material costs or market conditions, but such changes will not affect confirmed orders.
- Sales Tax: Sales tax is not currently applied to orders shipped internationally from our warehouse in Guangzhou. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by their destination country, which are determined and collected by the local authorities, not by Petyoful.
5. Refund Policy
Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, reflecting our confidence in the quality of our craftsmanship.
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are issued in accordance with our 30-day return policy for both defective and non-defective items. All returns require prior approval from our support team.
- Refund Method & Timing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item at our warehouse.
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.
- Non-Refundable Costs: As outlined in our return policy, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or damage in transit. This cost is not refundable.
6. Billing Disputes & Fraud Prevention
For any discrepancies on your billing statement related to a Petyoful purchase, please contact our Customer Support team immediately at support@petyoful.com before contacting your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly.
To protect our customers and our business, we employ standard fraud screening protocols. We reserve the right to cancel any order that fails these security checks.
