Based in our operational center at Room 1503, Xinjing Mansion in Baiyun District, we have meticulously built a process that connects our artisans' hands directly to your doorstep. We believe that the care put into crafting a premium leather good must be matched by the care taken in its delivery. Our policy is built on this principle, ensuring that the final leg of your product's journey to you is as reliable and transparent as its creation.

2. Order Processing and Fulfillment: From Our Hands to Yours

All Petyoful products are stored, prepared, and shipped from our dedicated facility in Guangzhou. This central control allows us to maintain the highest standards of quality from production to packaging.

  • Order Cut-off: To ensure same-business-day processing, please place your order before 5:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST - Chicago, GMT-06:00).
  • Handling Time: Once your order is placed, our team requires 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday) to carefully prepare, quality-check, and package your handcrafted leather goods.
  • Order Confirmation & Tracking: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a second email containing your unique tracking number and a link to monitor its journey.

3. Shipping Destinations and Transit Times

We are proud to ship our handcrafted leather products directly from our Guangzhou warehouse to customers across the United States. Our logistics are optimized to provide a balance of efficiency and care.

  • Shipping Service: We partner with reliable international carriers to ensure your package is handled with the attention it deserves.
  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the USA. There are no hidden fees at checkout.
  • Estimated Transit Time: After dispatch, the carrier transit time is typically 7 to 12 business days (Monday through Friday) to destinations within the United States.
  • Total Delivery Timeline: When combining our handling and transit times, you can expect your order to arrive in an estimated 8 to 14 total business days from the date of order confirmation.

Please Note: The provided delivery window is an estimate. While our carriers are highly reliable, occasional delays due to customs processing, weather, or peak seasonal volumes can occur and are outside of our direct control. Business days exclude weekends and national holidays in both China and the USA.

4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

As your order is an international shipment from China to the USA, it is subject to the import regulations of the United States.

  • Our Responsibility: Petyoful is responsible for accurately completing all necessary customs documentation, declaring the correct value and description of your handcrafted leather goods.
  • Customer Responsibility: The recipient is responsible for any and all customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or brokerage fees that may be levied by United States Customs and Border Protection upon the parcel's arrival. These fees are not included in your product price or shipping cost and are determined solely by US authorities. Payment of these charges is required to release the package for final delivery.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Damaged Shipments

  • Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact our support team immediately. We will cover all return shipping costs and expedite a replacement or full refund.
  • Return Shipping for Non-Defective Items: For returns of non-defective items (within the 30-day period), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping to our Guangzhou facility. All returns must be pre-authorized by our support team before being mailed.
  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item at our warehouse, refunds are processed within 5 business days.
