Petyoful was founded on June 10, 2020, with a mission to deliver heirloom-quality leather craftsmanship directly to a global audience. Operating from our central hub in Room 1503, Xinjing Mansion, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, China (510403), we oversee every stage of creation and fulfillment, shipping our products worldwide with a focus on the USA market. By accessing our site or making a purchase, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not use our site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of the site. You are prohibited from attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or any associated systems or networks.

3. Product Information & Handcrafted Nature

All handcrafted leather products featured on our site are subject to availability. We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including colors and textures. However, due to the natural variations in leather and the manual crafting process, each item is unique. Minor variations in grain, color, and finish are inherent characteristics of genuine, artisan-crafted leather goods and are not considered defects.

4. Orders & Payment Terms

4.1 Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including limitations on product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our fraud detection processes.

4.2 Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

4.3 Payment: Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery Policy

5.1 Processing: Orders placed before 5:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST - Chicago, GMT-06:00) are processed on the same business day. Our handling time is 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) from our warehouse in Guangzhou.

5.2 Transit: Transit time is estimated at 7-12 business days (Monday-Friday). The total estimated delivery time to all destinations is 8-14 business days from the date of order processing.

5.3 Risk of Loss: Title to, and risk of loss for, all products passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier at our warehouse. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier issues, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

6.1 30-Day Return Policy: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in new, unused condition.

6.3 Return Shipping & Refunds: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or arrived damaged. We do not charge restocking fees. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item.

6.4 Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted for items of equal value, subject to product availability. Please contact our support team to arrange an exchange.

All content on the Petyoful website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of Petyoful or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. The "Petyoful" name and logo are trademarks of our company.

Petyoful shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the site or products, or any other matter relating to the site or these Terms. Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) in question.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Guangzhou, China.
