Petyoful specializes in handmade wooden essentials, shipped directly from our office in China to customers in the USA. All orders are subject to these terms, as well as applicable laws and regulations.

If you create an account on Petyoful, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are also responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Any unauthorized use should be reported to support@petyoful.com immediately.


3. Product Information

We make every effort to display product details accurately, including descriptions, pricing, and images. However, colors, sizes, or designs may slightly vary due to the handmade nature of our products.

Customized or Personalized Products: All custom orders are final. They cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or not as described.


4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

5. Shipping Policy

Shipping is free for all orders. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping information. Customers are encouraged to provide accurate addresses to avoid delays.


6. Return & Exchange Policy

Petyoful accepts returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: 30 days from delivery
  • Product Condition: New only
  • Return Method: By mail
  • Restocking Fees: None
  • Refund Processing: 5 days after receiving returned item
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers pay unless the item was defective or damaged

Exchanges are accepted for eligible products only. Customized or personalized products are excluded unless damaged or defective.
